We like that inbound marketing, workflow tools, integration with other apps (think Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Sheets, and Facebook Lead Ads integration), and project management are seamlessly a part of HubSpot CRM. In addition, you can easily track your leads and even assign them to someone on your team. This feature also lets you record customer interactions across channels. HubSpot CRM also comes with optional add-ons from HubSpot, such as their sales, service, and marketing platforms. One of the other perks here is that HubSpot CRM is free, although the number of users is limited.
